These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of solaicoffee.com (the "Site"), operated by Solai Coffee LLC ("Solai Coffee," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site. The Site provides information about Solai Coffee's green coffee lots, pricing, and estate, and allows you to request samples, quotes, and restock notifications. Content on the Site — including text, photography, and pricing tables — is provided for informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.

No Binding Offer. Grading lot listings, pricing, and quote requests submitted through the Site are informational and do not, by themselves, create a binding sales contract. Any actual purchase of green coffee is subject to a separate agreement, invoice, or purchase order confirmed directly between you and Solai Coffee.

Accuracy of Information. We make reasonable efforts to keep lot availability, pricing, and cupping information current, but inventory changes quickly and we do not guarantee that listed lots remain available at the time of your inquiry.

Intellectual Property. All content on the Site, including our name, logo, and original photography and text, is the property of Solai Coffee LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except as necessary to evaluate our coffee for purchase.

User Conduct. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information through our forms, attempting to interfere with the Site's security (including our spam-prevention measures), or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Third-Party Links and Services. The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Google reCAPTCHA and Google Fonts) that are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solai Coffee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
